Day 158- Chap Goh Meh~ (17/2/11)

Woke up did some of the airplane stuff...call mom and ask how to cook bubur cha cha.. =) then went to uni to try on FYP so that i can meet my lecturer tomorrow to discuss about it.. =p... just change little stuff got to see how tomorrow goes le... went to china town to get stuff to cook the dessert..

Came back super duper hungry so i open this.. and it taste like heaven.. =) thanks dad and mom

cut the ingredients into cubes and here they go boiling..

the end product which looks more like curry.. =p.. but ok la it tasted like it.. =)

then we went out for dinner .. last day of CNY d so need to celebrate.. we went for japanese food.. =) this is what i got...

after that we came home eat mandrin oranges and bubur cha cha.. that's how we ended the CNY mood.. =) more updates tomorrow.. =) chaoz

Day 150- 'Birthday Day' (9/02/11)

Today is the seventh day of the Chinese New Year also called as 'Lang Jit' meaning everyone's birthday~so people usually eat "tang yuan"(glutinous rice balls) on this day.

so we had ours too.. =)

It's the 150th day here, I've celebrated my Birthday, Christmas and Chinese New Year without my family. I've spend days here running away from reality, when reality still goes on, which only means that i've been more laid back. I'm fearful of what lies ahead, I know I'll somehow make it but...I really feel dumb. I know learning is not easy and i also know that learning means to do things you don't previously know how to...but i'm scared... I know I have to step forth but people around me seems to be running while the best i can do is to walk. Fear stops me from going forth and i know that satan is using this as a tool to stop me... Well here's the news devil.. get behind me.. I'm standing up and i'm standing strong because there is a pillar of strength for me to lean on, and a wings so big that would shield me like a mother hen would shield her chicks. Every failure is a opportunity for miracle and grace. God is good, and i know no matter what the outcome is God can still use me, if only i obey.

Living without hugs and kisses is hard, but i sure know that there is a comforter who is ever willing to put me into his warm and tender arms.

Dad, mom, ko, jie, mel thank you for all your love and support through all this days. I'm really thankful and bless to have all of you. May God Bless and help all of you. Love you guys lots. :) chaoz

Day 147- CNY in Manchester (6/2/11)

After church we rested and went to China Town.. =) there were really lots of people..

More shops even.. and lots of ang mo.. celebrating with us.. so nice isn't it.. =)

they had a stage for the 'za ji' which means chinese acrobatics or special acts.. o.O didn't stay and watch cause i feel there's nothing special but having this type of thing in Manchester.. it's really a great deal.. =)

Look at the "Chai Sen Ye" as in fortune God.. is a angmo.. Mr santa clause now has another job.. being fortune God.. so he works more than once in a year.. hahahaahhahaha

look at that lion on the left.. the face like kemek wan.. dunno why but this 2 lions are good.. they went all around the china town shops.. as in almost all of them.. only 2 lions.. sad case ... but i think they are doing good.. =)

ou this is what i forgot to post.. new year snacks and gifts.. only one angpau here... but at least better than none.. =) yay~

The guys cooked Hokkien mee.. and we had a fun time enjoying it.. =)

Day 145- 2nd Day of CNY (4/2/11)

Aunty Molly was busy, Annabelle in school so i went out alone.. =) as usual.. =) here's ayden as me.. =) Us outside quadrant mall

The wind was strong.. the capture of ayden's fall.. =(

They have a market.. it's been a long while since i've been in the market.. =)

This was the pig that scare me.. when i turn i suddenly saw the leg.. wah.... jump like mad.. dunno if anyone saw me not.. paiseh man.. jump because of a dead pig...*smack and shake head*

kay.. then i thought to myself.. next time i go home i need photos and they cannot be all about my toy right.. so i need to get pics myself.. but i don't think this is working well .. =p I tried to take my own pic but.. i think i failed.. =p

I walk down the port.. it's beautiful seeing hundreds of boats and yachts..really nice.. not joking.. =)

the wind was really really strong.. look at my hair.. all mess up by it.. =(

then came the smell of jasmine.. =) i just so love that smell.. sweet and lovely.

went to the waterfront museum.. didn't have time to finish seeing all the stuff but it's really cool..=)

Then we got ready for english corner.. i help decorating and help aunty molly to look after the students who were cooking.. the tissue caught fire and thank God it didn't damage anything.. =) thank God. =) here's some new year sweets.. =)

there were about 100 over people and lots of good food... this CNY is really a different one.. =) without a family but in God's family.. =) Wee!!!
The girl in front is call sunny.. =) her voice is really nice and she sang a Norwegian song.. =)

This man did his proposal in front of everybody and i got it on video.. =)
Had a really good day.. ended learning about Anabelle's interest about the Korean actors.. =)
Really getting closer to my family.. =) goal achieve..=)

Day 143- Mom'a Birthday!!! (2/2/11)

Had a interview session with the KAO family.. it was fun though . =)

This is what we had for dinner (CNY eve dinner) We had steamboat.

Later that night the guys were drinking.. so the gals said they wanted a special CNY so we went to the casino and played mahjong till around 3 am.. bad .. i know but they wanted so ... i just followed =p

Day 142- Preparing for CNY eve (1/2/11)

Went to china town after class.. my friends said to meet at 4pm.. all 'pang pui ki' all come at 5...
But neber mind cause i found this... =)

made in PERAK some more write buatan Malaysia... hahaha.. it's 2.45 pounds.. expensive.. but.. CNY what.. hahahahhaha. =) i likey... tomorrow we will have steamboat for dinner.... =) WEe

Day 139- CNY biscuit day (29/1/11)

I was shock my my friends message.. leng suddenly tell me he's going to be in manchester today at 12pm... cause ald's cousins are here... so they brought them down... as in leng, ald and francis.
HELLO!!!! I got exams... so i went out meet with them for a while then i came home and prepare to make cookies... btw... ald's cousin says he knows me..through floorball.. i was like i think u know my bro and not me la... my bro is Kaolinken.. then he said.. ou u r his sister? i'm his high school junior.. wow... now playing reunion??.. haha.. but he still say he know me... i dunno la.. maybe mistaken me for jie kot... =p
this is what i say in arndale center... lots and lots of police ... walking around, on horses, in cars.. lots.. got ambulance some more.

Day 137- Ticket booked! (27/1/11)

so quickly days just passed... time really flies.. zzz sleepy now... went shopping just now... to get some food supply and went to the bank.. =)　
I've booked the train ticket to go over aunty molly's place during new year... =)
Done nothing much today... =p... chaoz

Day 122- End week one of term 2 (12/1/11)

was watching some HK movies, then got CNY advertisement...Aaaa.. i miss all the good petronas and haha yeos advertisement... some ad that will forever be there... like kurnia... XD
