Day 265-Berwick + Holy Island (4/6/11)

This is where we went early in the morning~

BERWICK!!! just taking the word that's all.. it's in the town hall.. they're having a antique sales in it..

Berwick is a town which is surrounded by fortified walls.. to prevent enemies.. =) look at the cannon~

look the bridge looks like the one in Harry Potter!!! in actual fact they are a few bridge that looks like this ....=p

Then we continue our journey to Holy Island~ An Island where you need to get in before the tide comes in and go out before the tide rises and cover the bridge~ an island which has only 200 citizens on it~

Famous food in Holy island~ crab sandwich, the yellow thing is crabs eggs..=) taste a little seafood-dy but it's edible.. =)

Me touching the 'holy water'.. no la.. it's just water that surrounds the holy island~ it's really cold.. but it doesn't have the really salty smell.. =)

there's a something like cathedral to train the greatest monks which need entrance fee.. =) the smart people like us climb up the hill and look from above =p
the circle thing looks like the rounds for meditation... looks really like cult~

Okay after photography session we need to leave look at the water.. reaching up to me soon *shievers*

The waters are rising but we still like taking photographs which may risk our life~

After Bamburgh to see the castle.. most of them didn't wanna walk further but i just like exploring so this is what i found~ a really vast ocean... wider than batu ferringgi..

The reason there's so many people in the kitchen? we almost died with the smoke..
we wanted to have bbq but it was too cold outside so we decided to do it indoors, bad idea.. when we lighted to bbq pit the smoke was too big the smoke alarm started ringing and we had to stop.. we pour water on it, the smoke was really big we tried to fan it out which few of us almost lost all our breath.. few of us really experience the really situation during a fire, where the carbon dioxide almost kill us luckily none of us was hurt~=) thank God! after a while we all left the room and let the smoke go out by itself.. =) really tiring but fun day~ thank God..
